Early Childhood Education Professional Development Specialist

Description

The Early Childhood Education Professional Specialist is responsible for:

* Support the Principal in the effective management and development of the school.
* Provide *coaching, mentoring, and professional development* for teachers.
* Strengthen the implementation of *Montessori principles and practices*.
* Bring *innovation, creativity, and fresh ideas* to teaching, learning, curriculum, and classroom environments.
* Observe classroom practice and support teachers to continuously improve.
* Support curriculum planning, assessment, academic planning, and quality assurance.
* Promote a *nurturing, stimulating, and child-centred learning environment*.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and work with teachers and Management to implement them.

Requirements:

Degree in *Early Childhood Education, Education, Montessori Education, or a related field*.
* *Montessori training/certification is essential.*
* Significant experience working with children from *Creche to Basic 3*.
* Experience in *teacher coaching, professional development, or educational leadership*.
* Strong practical understanding of Montessori methodology.
* *Creative, innovative, proactive, and passionate about improving education.*
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
