Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary School Principal to lead our dedicated staff and inspire our students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong philosophy on education, a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive school environment, and a proven track record of effective leadership and educational excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Educational Leadership:
    * Lead the implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies.
    *  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.

2. Student Achievement:
    * Use data-driven decision-making to monitor and enhance student performance.
    * Implement interventions and support systems to ensure all students reach their full potential.
    * Promote a positive school climate that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.

3. Staff Development:
    * Support in recruiting and retaining highly qualified teachers and staff.
    * Provide ongoing professional development opportunities that align with the school's educational philosophy and goals.
    * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.

4. Community Engagement:
    * Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community to support student success.
    * Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on school progress and initiatives.
    * Encourage and facilitate parental involvement in school activities and decision-making processes.

5. School Administration:
    * Allocate resources effectively to support educational goals.
    * Ensure compliance with educational policies.

Requirements

  • Qualifications*:
    * Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field.
    * Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience and three years in a leadership role
    * Strong philosophical foundation in education and a commitment to educational excellence.
    * Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
    * Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire staff, students, and the community.

*Preferred Qualifications*:
* Experience with curriculum development and instructional leadership.
* Proficiency in data analysis and its application to educational improvement.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
