Responsibities:

Curriculum Delivery:

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Design, Visual Arts, Music, Dance, and Drama, aligned with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
• Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies, techniques, and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Creative Exploration:

• Encourage students to explore and experiment with different artistic mediums, techniques, and styles to foster creativity, imagination, and self-expression.
• Provide opportunities for students to engage in open-ended projects and self-directed learning experiences that promote artistic autonomy and innovation.

Skill Development:

• Facilitate the acquisition and development of technical skills and proficiency in various artistic disciplines, including drawing, painting, sculpting, musical performance, dance, and theatrical expression.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their artistic growth and development.

Collaborative Projects:

• Coordinate collaborative projects and interdisciplinary activities that integrate creative arts with other subject areas or extracurricular programs, fostering cross-disciplinary connections and holistic learning experiences.

Performance and Exhibition:

• Organize and facilitate performances, exhibitions, or presentations of students' artistic work to celebrate their achievements and promote community engagement and appreciation for the arts.
• Provide support and encouragement to students participating in artistic competitions, festivals, or other external opportunities.

Classroom Management:

• Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to artistic exploration, experimentation, and collaboration.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote respectful behavior, engagement, and participation among students.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Design, or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise and experience in one or more artistic disciplines, such as Design, Visual Arts, Music, Dance, or Drama.

Strong passion for and commitment to fostering creativity, self-expression, and personal growth through the arts.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to explore their artistic potential and pursue excellence in their creative endeavors.
